New Hampshire sells the home on 45 days notice, and you can stop it only before the sale.

A power of sale with no lawsuit: the lender must mail a notice of sale at least 45 days ahead and print it three weeks in a newspaper, and the sale is held on your property. We found no statutory right to catch up and none to buy the home back afterward. The one tool the statute names is a petition to the superior court to enjoin the sale, and it has to be filed and served before the sale.

Anything else true

Three dates decide a New Hampshire case. The day the notice of sale is mailed, at least 45 days before the auction on a home. The day of the sale, before which a petition to enjoin it must be filed and served. And one year and one day after the deed is recorded, when challenges to the notice or the sale are barred.
